Merchants that sell a “Kona blend” may only have a small amount of Kona beans, with the rest being an inferior coffee. Kona coffee has received awards and recognition. Forbes selected it as the best coffee in the United States in 2001, and in 2004 it won the coffee of the year award from the Pacific Coast Coffee Association.
You can buy it already ground, or whole beans if you prefer to grind it yourself, and you select whichever roast you prefer. The coffee choices include Espresso, decaffeinated, certified organic and a variety of flavored ones.

Pea berry beans are considered the finest Kona has to offer, and the chocolate covered ones are delicious. Macadamia nuts contain monounsaturated fats, and Koa hand dips the nuts in dark chocolate, making a healthy snack to enjoy.
