HealthRider H95E Elliptical Review:
A few months ago I looked at myself in the mirror and decided it was time to make some changes… it was time to trim off that fat I had hanging around my waist. But instead of simply launching myself into a routine of basic exercises and healthy foods I took the time to do my research. I carefully planned out and selected my diet as well as exercises I would perform during the week. However, there was one problem: I was stuck for most of my time at a desk job and simply didn’t have the time or will to go to the gym after. And so I needed a machine that would allow me to get a gym-quality workout in while being at home.
After doing some research, I decided to give the Healthrider 95E Elliptical a shot, and based on my experience with it here is a brief Healthrider 95E review.
To start things off, I found that while it is possible to assemble the machine by yourself it may prove complicated for people who aren’t very handy. Of course it goes without saying that you can call over a technician to install it for you.
When I started using the first thing which I noticed was the fact that I could switch the slope and resistance on the fly without a hitch. There is no inconsistency between the different resistance and slope levels, meaning you can steadily escalate your workout with ease. There is also a pulse monitor which I found was slightly inaccurate, but then again you will be hard-pressed to find one that is.
The machine itself has quite a sturdy base and operates very silently, making it perfect for using in my apartment.
After using it for a few weeks I had lost on average 4 lbs. per week, not to mention improved my cardio by leaps and bounds.
All in all, I would like to end my Healthrider 95E review by saying that if what you are looking for is a high-quality home elliptical trainer, in the price range of $1,000 to $1200 (after discounts), that will last and provide you with a good workout, then this machine is definitely down your alley.
